The Dream Team

If you have had a family session with me, you know before the “event” I ask a bunch of questions. In fact, you may wonder, “Are we going on a date, or taking photos?” Often times when we show up, it seems easy, we did spend an hour on the phone by golly! So, when my phone conversations with this family were taking place, I put myself in the shoes of the Mom. Two boys, same age as my own. (Side note, typically boys HATE having their photo taken). I know what I have planned, I have prepared the session and I even have conversation notes in my head. And then we arrive.  No instruction needed, in all of my years photographing families I have NEVER photographed two boys that were more natural behind the camera (that is beside my own, but they have logged HOURS of training, threats and bribes  🙂 ). These boys were a DREAM,  AN ABSOLUTE DREAM!!!!!!!! And YES, I am screaming that as I write it, because it was just THAT great.
